The official on sale date of our February issue is Dec 11, but it may trickle out a few days early. In case you haven't already subscribed—and shame on you if you haven't!—I wanted to let you know about a few of the really cool stories that you won't want to miss.

First up, of course, is our exclusive test of the ’08 Bullitt Mustang. I had the opportunity to drive the car for a few days and test the car on both the drag strip and the chassis dyno. We even had the chance to compare the car to an ’01 Bullitt. Sure you know all about the car by now, but don't you want to know how it runs on the strip and the dyno?

Besides the new Bullitt, we have exclusive features on two really unique Mustangs. The first, our cover car, is a way-cool retromod Mustang that features ’68 sheetmetal grafted onto the S197 body. It's really well done, and truly turns heads. Better yet, the company responsible for its construction, Retrobuilt (www.retrobuilt.com) is offering these cars for sale as turnkey tuner cars.

The other truly unique ride is a one-of-one GT 500 that underwent a Saleen conversion. That's right a Saleen GT 500!

There's much, much more in the issue, so be sure to go grab a copy at your local newsstand.
