Lucky Reader Scores Fox-Parts Mother Lode

You can't beat the smile that came to "Dean T's" face when he arrived at our Southern California location to pick up what could be considered one of the greatest parts scores of all time, that included such rare pieces as this '86 gauge cluster with its 140 mph speedometer.

Dean carted everything home in a 5.0-powered Fairmont Wagon. Way cool.

In an effort to clean up our small shop, which has become quite cluttered with boxes and boxes of stock 'Stang parts that your tech editor has amassed in his many years of 'Stangbanging, a message for SoCal-area enthusiasts to "come and get everything" was posted on the Four Eyed Pride Web site (www.foureyedpride.com). "Dean T (that's his Web site handle)" made the drive from Camarillo, California, and drove home with a Fairmont wagon (cool Fox) full of '86-'93 Mustang goodies (interior/exterior trim pieces, steering columns, brake parts, etc)--for free! That's right, the jackpot you see in the photos was given away, in exchange for a case of your tech editor's favorite brewski. A good, solid deal, indeed. If you find yourself in a similar position and need to make room (for more parts, of course) in your workspace, Dean T is proof-positive that when it comes to Mustang parts, there's always someone who will take what you've got--no matter what it is--if the "price" is right!
