OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER ONLY
1. HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter: 1.) Beginning on February 4, 2008 through September 29, 2008, log on to www.nabiscoworld.com or www.kraftfoods.com, click on the icon for the Kraft's "Race to Win a Ride" Sweepstakes and follow the on-screen entry instructions. You will be asked to enter the UPC from any of the following participating brands: RITZ, OREO, NUTTER BUTTER, NILLA, CAKESTERS, CHICKEN IN A BISKIT, EASY CHEESE, PLANTERS, MAXWELL HOUSE, COUNTRY TIME, KRAFT SINGLES, VELVEETA, BULLS EYE, and A1 as part of your entry. OR 2.) On a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your name, complete address, daytime and evening telephone numbers, and age and mail to: Kraft's "Race to Win a Ride" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 389, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Entries must be postmarked by September 29, 2008 and received by October 6, 2008. Limit one entry per registered user/envelope/person per day.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are licensed drivers,18 years of age and older as of February 4, 2008, except for employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Promotions.com, Inc. ("Judges"), Roush Fenway Racing, LLC, Homestead-Miami Speedway, LLC, their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), NASCAR, Inc., and its affiliates and their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers and agents, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
3. RANDOM DRAWING: Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 8, 2008 from among all eligible entries received. One of the Grand Prize winners will be selected as a Bonus Prize winner during the Grand Prize trip. Drawings will be conducted by Judges. Odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Odds of a Grand Prize winner winning the Bonus Prize are 1:5. Grand Prize winners will be notified by mail and/or telephone and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within five (5) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner's guests must also timely sign and return Liability and Publicity Releases.
4. PRIZES: Five (5) Grand Prizes: Trip for 4 to the Team Kraft Event in Miami, FL on Sponsor designated dates in November 2008. Prize consists of roundtrip coach air transportation for four from major airport near winner's residence to Miami, FL; admission for four to the Team Kraft Event; and hotel accommodations for 4-days/3-nights. The Team Kraft Event includes a meet and greet with the Team Kraft drivers (subject to each drivers' availability) and tickets to a race scheduled to be held at Homestead-Miami Speedway™ in November 2008. Dates of trip, location, travel arrangements and accommodations are at Sponsor's sole discretion. If winner cannot travel on Sponsor designated dates in November 2008, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate may be selected. Meals and other travel expenses are not included as part of prize. In order to claim prize, additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by Homestead-Miami Speedway, LLC and/or any applicable sanctioning body shall also be required as applicable. Maximum ARV of trip: $6,000. One (1) Bonus Prize: One of the five Grand Prize Winners will be selected as a Bonus Prize winner during the trip and will win a Ford Racing equipped 2009 Mustang V6. All options, including color, at discretion of Sponsor. Winner must take possession of car prize at the Sponsor designated Ford dealership near winner's residence within four months following winner determination. Approximate retail value of the car is $30,000. Actual value of trip prize will depend on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Total value of all prizes is: $60,000. Limit one prize per family/household. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. Winner's guest must be 18 years of age or older, unless the winner is the parent/legal guardian of the guest. Winners and guests must travel on same itinerary. All travel accommodations and arrangements at Sponsor's discretion. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing.
5. GENERAL RULES: All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winners. By entering sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Judges, which shall be final in all matters. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Promotion Parties, NASCAR, Inc., their affiliates, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees and assigns and the City of Homestead, ('Released Parties') harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or redemption of prize and participation in the promotion. Acceptance also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name, likeness (and biographical information) for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Released Parties are not responsible for lost or late mail, or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. If, in the Judges' opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the Judges reserve the right to modify or terminate the sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by the Judges, at the Judges' sole discretion. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning online entrant, entries made by internet will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. All federal and state laws apply.
