Today's Blog entry is inspired by a handful of folks who seem to be in disbelief about the press vehicle currently in my possession. After telling a few people that I was given a Shelby GT500 KR to sport around, and hearing their "yeah, right, KJ, those cars aren't even out yet" responses, I figure the best way to validate my claim is through the following images. Untouched, unedited, "unPhotoshopped" pictures, of this super-bad supercar, that the good people at Ford are letting me have fun with for a few days. Check it out, as Steve says, "after the jump!"

For those who don't know, Rick isn't just a turbo guru; he's also a big-time photography buff, and he made a trip out from Simi Valley to help me with many of these fantastic images of the Shelby GT500 KR, as the evening sun began to set on the San Fernando Valley.
