In this "haves" and "have-nots" world we live in, there are Mustang enthusiasts who are fortunate enough to have garage space, and, unfortunately, there are others such as people who live in city areas (lets use some areas of New York City or Los Angeles as examples) who are forced to leave their 'Stangs parked on the street...sometimes several blocks away from where they actually live (due to the very limited parking space and/or strict parking regulations). Naturally, no 'Stangbanger worth their salt really "wants" to subject his Mustang to the perils of street parking (being dented by bump-and-run drivers, sat on by idiots who know better, pee'd on by dogs and cats, all-out assaulted by birds and...parking tickets), but those perils unfortunately are par for the course when it comes to where you leave your ride.
On a whole 'nother side of the no-parking spectrum (the side that I sit on) are those who have more cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, trailers, bicycles and etc, than they have space to park everything. The fairly high (in some peoples' opinions) number of Mustangs and other vehicles I own has been a long-standing joke here at 5.0 Mustang and Super Fords. I admit, I have amassed a few more than the 2.3 (I could never figure out where they get that ".3" from) vehicles that the average American household is supposed to have, and when you combine those vehicles with the Mustang (actually, it's Project Boss 340--doing its best "shelf" impersonation right now) tools, parts, shop equipment, bikes, washer/dryer/freezer (yeah, I let the wife have a corner of my space) that also occupy my garage, I guess it's fair to say things are somewhat "crowded."
Have you ever looked around your home garage or shop/workspace and said to yourself, "I need more room!" Well, I know I have, and if I really had the money to settle into a place with a "dream garage," www.CarProperty.com is the Web site I would use to help me find it. This really cool site is totally aimed at folks like me--the type of person who is "in the market for a new garage," and will take the house that goes along with it (since we still would need a place to live and all).
Carproperty.com is national directory of real estate listings that highlights the garage and/or shop space first, and then offers up specs on the house. I had always wondered if there was some type of service out there that did that, so this is just another testament to the fact that you can find almost anything on the Web.
