Directly on the heels of my rant about high fuel prices comes this cool fuel incentive from Mickey Thompson tires. It's one of those "free-money" programs (we all know there's really no such thing as "something for nothing"), and with times being what they are, I figure it might be something that a few of you may want to consider...
Basically, the deal is this: Racers who purchase a set of two or more select ET Drag tires, ET Street tires (excluding ET Street Radials), and ET Front tires from now through August 15th, 2008 will receive a mail-in rebate for a Mickey Thompson MasterCard Gift Card.
Getting money back for treating your Pony to new shoes sounds like a good deal to me. I'm not in the market for new tires this month, but I know I'd treat my truck to another fill-up of diesel, if I received one of those gift cards for my tire purchase!
