Previously Ford Racing provided a non-adjustable tuning tool with its cold-air and supercharger kits, but now there's a new, improved Pro Cal tool working its way into the kits...

While the old ProCal tuner simply loaded or unloaded the tune, the new unit provides adjustability for wheel and tire upgrades as well as the ability to read OBD-II error codes. Currently the new tuner is only in the M-6066-SGT kits, but will be phased in to other kits throughout the year.
