After finding that the one-the-throttle, off-the-throttle rigors of racing was rough on the shared belt arrangement of the standard Whipple supercharger systems, Steeda put its engineering crew on the case...


Steeda Mustang Whipple Supercharger Belt Drive


Steeda's brain-trust worked up this new belt-drive arrangement featuring a rugged, billet support bracket that serves as the mount for a massive spring-loaded tensioner, and allows the blower to have its own belt.
