I knew that Classic Design Concepts provided the splitter for the Miller Cup Mustangs, but while surfng around, I stumbled on this little writeup on the CDC site that details just how much went into developing the parts...

CDC has teamed up with Ford Racing Mustang Challenge for the Miller Cup to create an exterior performance package for the Miller Motorsports Park fleet racing vehicles.  The CDC designed package includes Custom Grille consisting of stainless steel wire mesh with bold mechanical fastened look. A functional Rear Wing made using extruded aluminum center section and aluminum up rights.  To complete the performance package a fully functional front chin Splitter.   The Miller Cup Splitter was created using the standard CDC Aggressive Chin Spoiler that in its original design creates down force; with the added splitter the down force is magnified.  The entire CDC performance package has been wind tunnel tested to verify optimum performance.
