If you are a regular visitor to the 5.0&SF blog spot you might recall that i was bringing Project Vapor Trail out to the Horsepower On The Horse Farm car show in Oviedo, Florida. This is an intimate show dedicated to Shelbys and held at the Ridgewood Equestrian Center...

Proceeds from the show benefit the worthy cause of Personal Ponies, and the family and I headed out in PVT to check out the show and display our project amongst a crowd of 50 beautiful cars. Much to my surprise and delight, Project Vapor Trail took home second place in the Extremely Modified GT500 class. Not bad for PVT's first ever car show appearance.

Better yet, my son said my car was his favorite and wanted to keep the trophy in his room, which was even better than winning the trophy.
