A Boss 340 "quickie" for 'ya...
As I told Big Steve on Tuesday, I had a great design session with Tirrell Lazada-Smith of Catalyst Industrial Marking/Raceskinz, and it looks like we've got a killer paint-and-graphics combination set up for our 1990 Mustang LX drag car.
Last Friday, Raceskinz's technicians went out to A.R.E. Performance and Machine to meet with Rocco Acerrio and to see the car, and determine exactly what they need to do to make our project 'Stang a stunner.
Boss 340 will be headed for the customizing laboratory at Raceskinz very soon. Todd, George and Clay are in the final stages of giving "Pit Boss (the EZ-GO golf cart that will be used as a pit-support vehicle when Boss 340 goes to the track)" its makeover, and now that they've seen the Mustang and know what our goal is, the crew really is ready to get after it.
There are several full reports on the things we've been doing with the Boss project (front/rear suspension installation, drivetrain mock-up, etc) that are coming up in the next few issues of 5.0 Mustang & Super Fords. Exciting reading, so, stay tuned!
