We've seen online reports of Hellion twin-turbo systems making big power without the blower in place, and now there's an elegant intake solution for removing your supercharger to go full turbo. Check out the official words from Evolution Performance after the jump...

After months of R&D we decided to release a photo of our Intake for the Shelby GT500.

Nobody wants to open their hood and have something sitting on top of the engine that sticks out like a sore thumb, that's why one of our Main goals was to make sure it looked good and I honestly think we far exceed that Goal............

The Intake's one piece design is based off the one used on our Twin Turbo Shelby GT500, which has proven to make 1272 RWHP and ran a 7.89 @ 175MPH in the 1/4 Mile.

It was designed to work on a Single or Twin Turbo Application. It fits under the factory hood and clears the factory strut tower brace.

This Intake will be sold with an Up Pipe, which bolts right up to the existing Hellion Twin Turbo Kit. By doing this, you eliminate all of the extra piping ran across the front end of the car and up the driver side engine compartment. A lot of time was spent inside the intake directing boost smoothly to the Intercooler, combine that with its one piece straight shot design and Up Pipe, it virtually eliminates the majority of the low end lag found with other Intakes on the market.

We will be selling the Hellion Twin Turbo Kit with our Intake, Up Pipe, Injectors, Fuel Rails, and Custom Tuning from us as one Exclusive Package.

If you already have an existing Hellion Kit you may purchase this Upgrade as a Kit (Intake, Up Pipe, Injectors and our Custom Tuning) or individually.

The Intake and Up Pipe will be available in Black or Show Polished!

More Details and Pricing will be released in the coming days.......
