Summit Racing Equipment Launches Improved Web Site

The folks at catalog giant Summit Racing have worked overtime to revamp the company's Web site. Follow the jump to learn about all the new features...



TALLMADGE, OHIO—Summit Racing Equipment, the world’s largest supplier of high performance automotive parts and accessories, has unveiled a more comprehensive, user-friendly version of its website, SummitRacing.com. The website features enhanced shopping tools, more content and technical information, and a fresh new look.

“The ultimate goal of the site redesign is to make it easier for our customers to find the parts and tech advice they want,” Jeff Winters, Summit Racing Equipment Marketing Team Manager, said. “We’ve kept many search functions, like make/model/year, keyword, and part category search tools; and added features to make getting information and shopping quicker, easier, and more fun.”

The new SummitRacing.com has six, easy-to-navigate sections:

· Searchable by vehicle make/model/year, engine family, part number, keyword, and part category
· Left-hand navigation bar allows shoppers to narrow search results by part attributes like price range, material, application year, and more
· Instruction sheets, plus suggestions for tools, installation accessories, and related parts to make projects easier
· Parts comparison tools to make picking the right part easier
· The Wish List function lets customers make a shopping list to share or save for future      projects
