Need an easy upgrade for you ’05-’10 Mustang GT's brakes? Wilwood has a new option. Check out the official press release after the jump...

New from Wilwood, Front (P/N 140-12148-D) and Rear (P/N 140-12149-D ProMatrix OE upgrade pad and rotor kits for 2005-2010 Ford Mustang GT with ABS.  SRP series cross-drilled and face-slotted directional rotors offer a high-tech look with improved pad performance. In addition to their aesthetic appeal and heat dissipation characteristics, the venting and cleaning action of the hole and slot pattern reduces pad glaze and minimizes any irregular pad build up on the face of the rotor. The results are smoother engagement at the pedal with improved consistency, response, and service life from the pads. All SRP rotors are cast from premium grade carbon iron and precision machined for flatness, parallelism and overall run out. An e-coat finish is applied to reduce corrosion on areas of the rotor not cleaned by pad contact.

Low dust, low noise Wilwood ProMatrix Pads complete the package to shorten stopping distances, improve handling, and eliminate dressed-up overworked stock components.

All of Wilwood’s performance brake kits are loaded with cutting edge technology built on decades of domination in world motorsports. These kits will not only exceed your braking demands, on and off the track, but also enhance the appearance of your Mustang GT.
